In an effort, to continue improving myself and maintaining a growth mindset, in May 2022, I started working on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, offered by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business. The best part was getting to listen to Tony Dungy speak in the first course.

This seven-week program helped me to learn the essential practices and tools designed to increase diversity in the workplace and to create an environment that embraces equity and inclusion. Completing this certificate included seven, two-hour modules:

4. The Future of Your Organization through Diversity and Inclusion
5. Recruitment & Retention
6. Community Outreach
7. Sustainable Business Model
